Vintage Triumph Supply is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Vintage Triumph Supply collects information from our customers at several different points on our website in order to process orders.

Registration

No registration is required in order to use this website. If you choose to register, during account creation a customer is required to give their name, email address, billing address, zip code, phone number and a password. This information is used to contact our customers about their order or services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

Ordering

We request information from our customers during the ordering process. Here a customer must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer’s order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Vintage Triumph Supply is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We have a 30 day return policy for all items. After 30 days you may request an exchange or a store credit. If you have ordered the wrong item you are responsible for shipping costs. Any items that have been bolted on the motorcycle or used in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs

We use USPS and UPS to ship our goods nation-wide. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and they are nonrefundable. Vintage Triumph Supply is not responsible for any misplaced packages or damaged goods.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to [email protected]. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Cookie/Tracking Technology

This site uses cookie and tracking technology only to fulfill your requests, and any cookies used never contain any of your private personal information or transaction information.

Sharing

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill customers for goods. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

We value your privacy very much at Vintage Triumph Supply, and will never release any account information to anyone outside of the necessary core groups that help our business function, like those mentioned above unless our customers give us the authority to do so.
