With the "new gas" that has come out we are seeing carbs gum up more frequently on all concentric carbs except fortrue 1968 carbs. The pilot jet is pressed into the body of the carb under the air mixture screw. The hole in it is .016 and requires attention when a carb is clogged. It is usually the first hole to gum up, the cross holes of the needle jet are usually next and that requires dropping the float bowl. Sos when you have been kicking your bike for quite awhile, you have spark and compression and the timing is correct but youaren't getting fuel this could be the reason. Your bike will not run when your jets are clogged. This tool is also very delicate-do not put it in a drill. Very gently guide the tool in and twist it with yourfingertips then reset your air mixture to factory settings. Start your bike and you ca go ahead with making fineadjustments.
